• You have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, photographs, trademarks or other content submitted

• Your business operates lawfully

• Your listing does not contain misleading or fraudulent information

Black Axle reserves the right to review, edit, reject, remove or modify any listing at its discretion.

We may remove or restrict a listing where:

​

• The information is inaccurate or misleading

• The business no longer operates

• The listing breaches these Terms

• The listing violates applicable law

• The business is involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity

• The content creates a security or reputational risk

• We reasonably believe removal is necessary to protect users or the integrity of the Platform

Being listed on Black Axle does not constitute an endorsement, certification or guarantee by Black Axle.

Where Black Axle offers verification or similar features, verification does not guarantee the quality, legality, financial position, reputation or performance of a business.

​

Verification may confirm only certain information available to Black Axle at the time of verification.

​

Users should conduct their own research and due diligence before engaging with any business listed on the Platform.

By submitting information for publication, you understand that certain information may become publicly accessible through the Platform.

This may include:

​

• Business name

• Business description

• Business category

• Location

• Website

• Contact information

• Social media profiles

• Business logo

• Photographs and other media

• Reviews and ratings

• Other information submitted for public display

You should not submit confidential, sensitive or private information that you do not want publicly available.

Where Black Axle allows a business owner or authorised representative to claim or manage a business listing, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of that business.
 

We may request evidence of ownership or authority before granting access to a listing.
 

Black Axle may remove or revoke access to a claimed listing where we reasonably believe that:
 

• The person claiming the listing is not authorised

• The information provided is false

• The listing is being misused

• The account breaches these Terms

The Platform may allow users and businesses to submit content, including:

• Reviews

• Ratings

• Comments

• Photos

• Videos

• Business descriptions

• Event information

• Referrals

• Community posts

• Feedback

• Other materials

You remain responsible for content that you submit.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

​

• You own the content or have permission to use it

• You have the necessary rights to submit it

• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• The content does not infringe another person's intellectual property rights

• The content does not violate applicable law

• The content is not defamatory, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive

• The content does not contain malicious code

• The content does not unlawfully disclose another person's private information

By submitting content to Black Axle, you grant Black Axle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and use that content for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the Platform.

This licence may include displaying submitted content:

• On the Black Axle website

• Within directory listings

• In search results

• On Black Axle social media channels

• In marketing materials

• In promotional campaigns

• In newsletters

• In other Black Axle-owned or operated channels

You retain ownership of your content.

You may request removal of content that you have submitted, subject to our legal obligations and any legitimate reasons we may have for retaining or displaying it.

Reviews and ratings should reflect genuine experiences.

You must not:

• Submit fake or misleading reviews

• Review a business you have no genuine experience with

• Submit reviews in exchange for undisclosed payment or incentives

• Manipulate ratings

• Submit multiple reviews for the same experience

• Post reviews on behalf of another person without permission

• Use reviews to harass, threaten or intimidate others

Businesses must not artificially manipulate their ratings or encourage fraudulent reviews.

​

Black Axle may remove or restrict reviews that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

​

Black Axle does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of every review or rating submitted by users.

If you participate in community discussions or other interactive features, you agree to communicate respectfully.

You must not use the Platform to:

​

• Harass, threaten or intimidate others

• Promote hate or discrimination

• Publish defamatory content

• Publish deliberately misleading information

• Spam other users

• Promote scams or fraudulent activities

• Share illegal content

• Distribute malware

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems

• Publish another person's private information without lawful authority

• Engage in behaviour that disrupts the Platform or community

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to community features where we believe these Terms have been breached.

ou must not use the Platform to:

• Break the law

• Commit fraud

• Misrepresent your identity

• Impersonate another person or business

• Scrape or systematically collect Platform data without permission

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform

• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

• Introduce viruses, malware or malicious code

• Circumvent security measures

• Copy or reproduce significant portions of the Platform without permission

• Use Platform information to create a competing directory without our written permission

• Send unsolicited communications or spam

• Manipulate reviews, rankings or search results

• Use the Platform to facilitate unlawful activity

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe prohibited activity has occurred.

Black Axle is a discovery and connection platform.

​

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, being listed, featured, verified or promoted on Black Axle does not mean that Black Axle:

​

• Endorses the business

• Guarantees the quality of its products or services

• Guarantees its financial performance

• Guarantees its legal compliance

• Guarantees its availability

• Guarantees its reputation

• Guarantees the accuracy of information provided by the business

Users are responsible for conducting their own research before purchasing products, engaging services, attending events, entering agreements or providing personal information to businesses.

Black Axle may help users discover businesses but does not generally act as a party to transactions between users and businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any transaction you enter into with a business is between you and that business.

Black Axle is not responsible for:

• The quality of products or services

• Delivery or fulfilment

• Refunds

• Cancellations

• Pricing

• Customer service

• Business practices

• Disputes between users and businesses

Any dispute relating to a transaction should be addressed directly with the relevant business.

Businesses and organisations may submit events to the Platform.

Black Axle does not guarantee that an event will take place as advertised.

Event organisers are responsible for:

• Venue arrangements

• Cancellations

• Refunds

If you purchase a ticket or register for an event, your agreement may be directly with the event organiser.

• Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their advertising complies with applicable laws and advertising standards

• Black Axle reserves the right to reject or remove advertisements

• Payment obligations will be set out in the relevant order, agreement or pricing information

Paid placement does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of the advertiser or its products and services.

Black Axle may introduce rewards, points, discounts, giveaways or other loyalty features.

Where such features are available:

• Rules may vary by promotion or programme

• Points may have no cash value

• Points may not be transferable unless expressly permitted

• Rewards may be subject to availability
