BYP Network was founded in 2016 by Kike Oniwinde Agoro to connect Black professionals and students globally, offering visibility, career opportunities, and business support. Inspired by the lack of Black representation beyond sports and entertainment, Kike created BYP to diversify talent pipelines and drive change.
Today, BYP Network has grown into a global movement, empowering Black professionals through career opportunities, mentorship, and industry connections. As a connector, BYP links members to jobs, mentors, events, and thought leadership while partnering with top organizations to drive workplace diversity and leadership growth. We measure our impact through meaningful connections, career progression, and skills development.
